Vendor Departure
All third-party vendors must complete load-out within 60 minutes of the contracted end time. A late fee applies thereafter.
Decor Restrictions
The use of glitter, confetti, nails, screws, adhesives or any materials that may damage the Venue is strictly prohibited. Candles must be in a votive taller than the height of the flame. All decor must be removed from the Venue 1 hour after your contracted end time.
Dessert & Cake Cutting Fees
If you would like our team to cut and serve your cake, the fee is $3 per guest. Alternatively, if you are offering a more casual dessert option such as cupcakes, cookies, or canapé-style sweets and do not require a formal dessert service, the fee is $2 per guest.
AV Information
We have ceiling mounted speakers across the entire indoor venue, as well as some on the cemented part of the outdoor patio. We have one wireless microphone and 3 wall mounted TVs (1 with smart TV abilities). You may play your own playlist through our Spotify. Please note, if you require a microphone or speakers for an outdoor ceremony, these will need to be rented externally or provided by your DJ as our speakers will not carry over to the front lawn.
Parking & Access
We offer 44 parking stalls, 6 EV stalls, and 2 accessible stalls. We strongly encourage guests to use ride‑share services. Our parking gate closes overnight; a maximum of 5 vehicles may remain on-site and must be picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning. Please note that vehicles cannot be left overnight on Sundays, as the venue is closed on Mondays.
